OEP Navigator is an independent insurance information and referral website operated by Quote Variety. We publish guides for individuals and families considering Affordable Care Act (ACA) Marketplace coverage, and offer a way to request a call about coverage.
We are not an insurer or a government website, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by HealthCare.gov or any government agency. “Navigator” is our brand name; we are not a government-certified Marketplace Navigator.
Where our coverage information comes from
Our guides link to official sources, including HealthCare.gov, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and state Marketplaces where relevant. Each guide identifies its publication or review date and the coverage year it discusses.
Enrollment dates, eligibility rules, and individual plans can change. Use the linked official sources to confirm current requirements. The Marketplace makes eligibility decisions; insurers’ plan documents explain the benefits, costs, networks, and covered prescriptions of a specific plan.

What happens when you request a call?
Your request goes to Quote Variety. The form asks for contact permission; it does not apply for insurance, display a personalized quote, or authorize enrollment. Any help with an application or enrollment requires separate authorization.
You may read every guide and download the ACA guide without requesting contact. You can also apply directly through HealthCare.gov or your state Marketplace. Consent to marketing calls or texts is not a condition of buying insurance.
